After you submit our intake, a curator personally reviews your story and replies within two business days with a tailored proposal. Once approved, you share your photographs (digitally or by post), we curate and design proofs, refine through two rounds of revisions, and your finished heirloom is printed, bound, and shipped — typically within four to eight weeks depending on the edition.
